In the past, customers used to go to their banks directly to take out a loan. However, according to the new statistics, 70% loans in the market nowadays are written by brokers, which reflects a big shift in consumers' point-of-view on how important brokers have contributed to their loan application process.

  • Access to multiple banks - most consumers are not aware that each bank looks at their situation differently. This is because different banks have different target market, risk appetite and credit policies, which influence how they assess the loan application. This is the reason why sometimes you see one bank maybe able to lend you more money than the others.
  • Time-efficiency - rather than approaching each bank by yourself to find out how much you can borrow, which is a lengthy and time consuming process, brokers can help and guide you through requirements. This will help you to find a suitable solution faster.

No. The banks pay us a commission for helping you settle the loan application. Most lenders pay us a similar commission structure, which does not affect our recommendations to you. This information is disclosed in the Credit Proposal Report that we provide to our customer together with the Loan Application Form.

In general, we don't charge our clients. However, there are exceptions that a fee may incurred, such as:

  • Complex Lending Application (extensive property portfolio that requires more hours of work, SMSF, or applications with bad credit score & history);
  • Loans that will be refinanced, paid off within 12 months, OR offset with 100% available funds right after settlement. In these situations, the banks will claw back 100% of the commissions on our work.

No. We get access to a similar product offer, interest rate and fee that the banks offer to their direct customers. There are no disadvantages for you to use our service.

Once application is submitted, it will then take the lenders between 2 to 15 business days to review the information. The lender's turnaround time changes from time to time. Our team will discuss with you in further details prior to submitting the application.
